Muse is a sculpture sketchbook. I stack, pile, prop, a group of objects until I get a form that I like. The piece can change daily or stay until the wind knocks it over. The idea is not to create a masterpiece, but to move objects around until I get something that I like. I also like to play with the light as it hits the piece, I will photograph a group at different times looking for the best light, but also just to see how the light affects the piece. Muse is my quick thoughts in space.
